If you care about design, Eeleven is the perfect partner. An outstanding and well-thought-through home photoshoot that lasted four hours. The best copy I’ve seen for our listing and a great home brochure. Top service from the team managing our chain as well. They really couldn’t have done more.

When it came to selling our property, Vince was fantastic. He had an amazing eye for detail when the photos were taken, was attentive and responsive during calls, and even helped us negotiate with the agents for the property we were buying. Honestly, a faultless service.

Vince is an outstanding estate agent. He proactively managed the process, spending many hours on the phone with different parties during a very difficult transaction to try to make all the pieces fit together.

You could use a ‘cheap’ online-only estate agent, and lots of people do. You might get away with it, you might not. But trust me, if you go down that road, you will not get a level of service anywhere close to that which Vince can offer you. You likely will not achieve the price that Vince can achieve for you, negating any upfront negligible savings you might think you can make, and more importantly, you will not have the protection of having one of the most proactive and experienced estate agents in the area fighting for you to get your deal done.

All of the above makes Vince's fees an absolute bargain. Highly recommended.

From the beginning of our sale, Vince made everything feel personal. There was never any pressure, and he went above and beyond for us several times during the sale of our home and the subsequent chain. We recently decided to sell our Abrahams flat in Leyton, and upsize to a 3 bed house in Leytonstone. Vince came around the day we contacted him, took some superb photos, and put it online that night. He needn’t have bothered, as Vince already had 10+ people interested before the advert even went live. The very next day, we had 6+ people view our flat (while we popped out to the pub and let Vince do his thing). Whilst enjoying a couple beers, Vince called and not only did he have an offer all but set-in stone, it was for significantly higher than we thought we would ever achieve. One further day later, the offer was official. 

Throughout the process, we had many obstacles with difficult solicitors on both sides, but throughout, Vince kept in contact, and essentially kept me sane. He answered and made calls well outside of his contracted hours, responded to messages when he was not even working, couriered documents personally to and from solicitors, and literally dragged the process across the line all but single handily.

Buying and selling a house is VERY stressful, so do yourself a favour, and get this guy on-board to minimise the stress and make sure it happens and at the best deal/price possible for you!
